- Requests without follow-up (no contract signed): Data from the contact form is retained for a maximum period of 18 months from the last contact, then permanently deleted from our systems.
- Client files (mission signed): If a contract is signed, your data is retained in the client file for the duration of the mission, then archived according to the legal periods applicable to commercial, accounting, and tax documents (generally 5 years for contact data, 10 years for contractual documents).
- Restricted Access Credentials: Access credentials to protected pages are revoked automatically after 12 months of inactivity, unless a renewal is requested.
